The M10X is an American made firearm designed to take many of the best aspects from battle rifles around the world and combine them into one platform that utilizes less parts. The M10X uses less parts than the AK47 and the AR15. The rifle is chambered in the commonly available 7.62x39mm and takes standard AK magazines and pistol grips. Just like the AK the M10X utilizes a long stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt. However, the M10X uses less gas than the AK making the felt recoil significantly less. In addition the M10X’s recoil spring is in the front of the gun located inside the gas tube like that of a SIG550 or a Berretta AR70. This also softens the felt recoil significantly. The M10X comes stock with a 4150 Nitride treated barrel with a 1:9.45 twist. The barrel is threaded to 5/8x24RH so that all standard AR 308/ AR10 muzzle devices work on it. The M10X has an adjustable gas system with two standard settings. There are additional pilot holes drilled on the corresponding side that can be finished for custom settings ideally for someone who would like to supress the gun. 1.5mm seems to be a good average all around setting for MOST supressors. The gun has ambidextrous controls and is easy to work on in the field and in the armory. For example, the charging handle can be removed and placed on the other side if need be.

This rifle will include one standard Magpul PMAG AK47 magazine but the item will not be included if you live in a state or city that prohibits 30 round magazines.
