Description
This is an original British army dress/parade buckle and belt. It appears to be pre-1952.
The Brass Buckle is inscribed with “Dieu Et Mon Droit” (God and My Right) and features the Kings Crown. The brass shows minor wear and tarnish.
The buff leather belt has been blancoed (painted white). The belt shows wear and paint loss. Inside of belt appears to be regiment markings for either COD or GOD and 511. A prior number of 400 appears to have been marked out.
