The SAN 550 series gas block fits all models of 550 rifles to include the SIG Sauer USA 556 line of rifles. The Swiss gas block is of higher quality than the US made gas block and has a tighter fit that reduces the wobble in the handguards found on the SIG Sauer USA 556 rifles. It has been internally coated with a ceramic heat shield.
