For sale is a Waffenfabrik Bern manufactured Schmidt Rubin model 1896/1911 receiver with barrel. The item pictured is the item for sale.

This 96/11 receiver is in good condition most of the bluing is still intact and we did not notice any structural damage. A matching barrel is attached to this receiver action. The barrel also has a majority of its finish intact. The bore looked good with nice rifling and crisp lands and grooves. A bit of fouling from shooting was identified but that should clean easily. The barrel is manufactured by SIG Neuhausen of Switzerland. According to this 96/11’s serial number it was manufactured in 1910 by Waffenfabrik Bern.
