This is a U.S. Army M1910 T-Handle Shovel. This shovel has no Maker or Date stamps.  The “U.S.” is stamped on both the neck of the shovel head and on the middle of the wood handle indicating this may have been a WWI era shovel used in WWII and at some point repainted; which was very common at the time.

This shovel was definitely repainted.  Condition is excellent and it looks like it was never used after painting.  There is some cracking evident in the wood on the T-Handle.
