Condition
Used – excellent condition
This is a fantastic Remington 1903-A3 rifle. The wood stock appears to be in great shape with only minor dings and scuffs from service and transportation. (See photos) A majority of the wood finish is intact and even throughout the stock and handguard. The phosphate finish is strong and even throughout the rifle. The bore is in pretty good shape we noted what looks like some light pitting but may actually be dry oil inside the barrel as it was coming off with a brush and patches. Lands and grooves look good overall we would give it a 3.5/10 on the bore. The bolt and bolt face look great and the action feels nice and smooth. Includes an original U.S. GI Sling.
