Description
This is a U.S. Surplus Military Essential Parts crate for the B.M.G. CAL 50M2.
These would be the crates used to transport essential parts for the .50M2 machine gun. This crate is marked with the U.S. Ordnance “Flaming Bomb” and is dated July 1943.
Very collectible and in quite nice shape given its background, journey, and job. This would make a fantastic piece for any collector, armory, or man cave.

Good condition – There is some cracking/splitting on the wood as well as wear, dings, and scratches.
This is missing the top/lid.
