For sale is an original Glock 27 made in Austria chambered in .40 S&W with the original Tupperware style box. “BR” Serial number prefix.

In 1990, Smith & Wesson and Winchester created the .40 S&W by shortening the 10mm case. The new round was more powerful than the 9mm but had more manageable recoil and could fit in smaller 9mm-sized frames like Glock models. Standard .40 S&W Glocks (22, 23, 27) can be converted to .357 SIG (31, 32, 33) simply by swapping the barrel, since the same magazines work for both cartridges. The Glock 26 is a subcompact 9×19mm pistol introduced in 1995 for concealed carry, primarily targeting the civilian market. Known as the “Baby Glock,” it has also been adopted by the U.S. military as the Mk 26. It features a smaller frame than the Glock 19, a two-finger grip, a shorter barrel and slide, and a standard 10-round double-stack magazine. The Glock 27 is a subcompact .40 S&W version of the Glock 26, with a standard 9-round magazine and an optional 10-round magazine with a +1 base plate. Like the Glock 26 the Glock 27 was released in 1995 and hit the market in 1996. It can also use larger magazines from the Glock 22 and 23, increasing capacity up to 22 rounds. Spacers are available for these extended magazines to improve grip and ergonomics.

For sale is an original Glock 27 Gen 2.5 chambered in .40 Smith & Wesson. This Glock pistol is used but in excellent condition. We note a majority of the finish is intact both on the slide and barrel of this pistol. This pistol includes the original old style box that Glock pistols used to ship in. Very collectible now a days. The slide and action still feel very stiff and strong as if the pistol was not fired much. The barrel and bore look great, nice and clean with good strong lands and grooves throughout the barrel. One of the magazines has a modified floor plate to extend the grip.
