This is a Hitler Youth Belt Buckle marked MA45 RZM for the manufacturer.  It appears to be an early period from the 1930s.

The buckle shows green oxidation and rust spots on the front.  The back is much cleaner.  The swivel and prongs have rust.

The buckle is marked with “Blut und Ehre” (Blood and Honor) over an eagle with Swastika in diamond.  It does not appear to have the pebbling in the field behind the eagle but it is difficult to tell from the oxidation and rust spots present.
